Carriage is currently free.
We endeavour for orders to reach you within 5 working days.
Orders will only be sent to the billing address provided. Should any part of your order be returned to us because you could not accept it or failed to collect within the timescale given by Royal Mail, then you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
Only when items are deemed 'lost' (normally 12 working days) by Royal Mail will replacements be sent.

For all order/delivery enquiries please reply to the confirmation email you were sent upon ordering, this will contain both order details and reference numbers which will enable us to process the enquiry quickly.
On the rare occasion your order is incorrect please call or email us within 48 hours of accepting delivery to let us know. Upon receipt we shall refund your card and arrange for the correct goods to be sent. The same applies for damaged goods.
All cancelled orders can be subject to a 20% charge
